Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We are unable to accept C.O.D. orders. Internet and phone orders require a credit card.

What is the return policy for the Billy Graham Bookstore?
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item from us, please call us within 30 days at 1-800-998-3456 or email us so that we can fix this for you! We will gladly assist you with your return. Any transactions past 30 days of the ship date are subject to further review by our customer service team and may not be eligible for a refund.
When can I expect delivery?
If your order is placed before 10am Eastern Time, it will be pulled for shipment the same business day. If your order is placed after 10am, it will be pulled for shipment the next business day. For your convenience, we always try to send your entire order in one shipment. If any item(s) you order are out of stock, we may wait until these items are available to ship your order. It's important to note that your account will not be charged until your order has shipped and we've sent you confirmation.

If I'm ordering for a non-profit organization, can I place a tax-exempt order?
If you are a registered non-profit, to place your order please call Billy Graham Bookstore Customer Care at 1-800-998-3456 or email us and we will reach back out to you. Once you provide your State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate with tax-exempt code, we can place your order to honor that tax-exempt status. (This excludes orders from North Carolina non-profits. All NC non-profits must pay sales tax and file for a refund from the state directly.)
Can I order if I live outside the United States?
Unfortunately Billy Graham Bookstore does not ship to foreign addresses, only the United States or one of its territories. We also only accept credit cards with billing addresses in the United States or one of its territories. This includes Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and other US territories.
